Uploading issues to OctoPrint

I've got an issue with Klipper / OctoPrint - Windows 10. Specifically I can not seem to upload any GCODE files mounted from my Windows 10 PC via USB. YES- I can upload files from my Windows 10 PC from the hard-drive. YES - I can upload files using WINSCP directly from my Windows PC via USB to folder location /home/pi/.octprint/uploads. the folder permissions to uploads is set to 775. I tried the same process from another PC (windows 10) and the files upload just fine. So my issue seems isolated to a specific computer. Also I tried different FAT32 SD cards and get the same issue. Thoughts on what i should try? also Octoprint log file showed nothing meaningful

Hello @ItsDLite !

When you opened this thread, there was a template that you (obviously) deleted right away.
That template asked for some basic information.

How could we help you when you do not help us by providing these information?

Thank you for the "Constructive criticism"! YES, I (obviously) deleted the template that will provide you no additional information. Lets be honest if you had seen the behavior before you would have offered some form of insight verse criticizing me over the precious template. I will just rebuild the PC to windows 11 and problem solved (with Windows 10 being EOL I need to do it anyways). Feel free to close my case as "Unsolved" or "Incomplete use of the precious template".

The template asks:
What is the problem: I answered that
What have I done to solve the problem: I answered that
Safe mode: Why is that relevant? Given the issue is with Windows 10? Safe mode in Windows 10? It works fine on other PCs without Safe mode, so does Octoprint without safe mode on another PC.

Systeminfo Bundle: never used it (again the issue is on the PC side) - I am on the latest version of Octoprint, the issue also existed in the last version of OctoPrint.

Additional information: N/A

For you obviously know what you do, you obviously find the solution on yourself.

Yes, I "Obviously" have a solution (rebuild an old PC) seems extreme don't you think, but its a better answer than "obviously" you deleted a template.

She mode for OctoPrint, not windows. And the OctoPrint logs provide a lot more info than you think. But if you can't perform simple tasks to allow us to help, maybe you should just call the psychic. Hotline...
