i'm not a programmer but i had this "brainfart":
it could be usefull with a plugin that lets me tell what order on 3dhubs i'm printing on my machine
this could let the next customer know when they could expect me to start an order
if i have multiple machines (which i will after summer) i could choose to let the plugin take the printer offline during the print
so if all printers are busy i would not risk having to reject orders that i cant do anyway
same plugin would also update the order and let the customer know how far i have gotten
fell free to add more idea's.... sure some of mine are not usefull for others, but they are to me
