What don't you understand about the message the plugin is displaying?
In order for the plugin to work, it needs support from the firmware in the printer and your printer doesn't have it. If the Makerbot firmware is (a modified) Marlin, then they (the Makerbot manufacturer) are required to provide you with the sources for the firmware. With those, you can (hopefully) build a version of the firmware with the required features.
Probably a better plan is to just delete the plugin, it isn't going to work for you.
