What is the problem?

The Bed Visualizer says, that everything is 3mm below offset. But how can I change the offset?

Changing the Offset in the Printer Settings

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

I got an Anycubic Kobra Max with a Raspberry Pi 4 running OctoPrint 1.10.3

You just need to enable the option in the plugin's settings for relative z offset and update mesh.
