I have an Ender 3 Pro with SKR E3 V2, MicroSwiss Direct Drive and BLTouch 3.1 (Original). I am running OctoPrint Version 1.4.2 in a Raspberry Pi 4.
I am getting the below result from Bed visualizer but I checked everything and my bed seems to be OK, I can print without issues, can someone help here? I guess I am doing something wrong 
I tried to reverse X and Y but same results, also not matter what I change in the bed the results are not changing.
You're probably not doing anything wrong, and the auto bed leveling sounds like it's doing it's job correctly if you are able to print without issues. The visualizer just reports back what the firmware sees during the probing process. It's hard to tell from the angle of the screenshot but it appears two of your corners are higher up, which means you can loosen the ones that are lower to bring them up or tighten the higher ones to bring them down. The idea is you want to get the physical bed as level as possible to help the Auto Bed Leveling of your firmware to not have to work as hard to compensate for warped beds, etc.
Thanks for the reply. I tried to tighten and to loosen but the result did not change, not even a mm, that's why I decided to post here for help.
It might be re-loading the stored mesh if you keep seeing the same graph. Look at the actual Current Mesh Data in the plugin settings and see if that's changing or not. Also, share screenshots of your settings, and what is returned in the terminal tab when you press the update mesh button.

Well, it's definitely graphing what it is given and appears to be showing those numbers correctly in the current mesh data, rounded to the nearest thousandth. The gcode commands you are using appear to be Unified Bed Leveling commands. Just to confirm that is what you have enabled in your firmware?
