Can I grab the .hex file after building Marlin 2 in arduino and use the hex in octopi firmware uploader?

Normally I upload a new firmware with Octopi using the firmware uploader plugin to my Creality CR-10s , Today I took the plunge into Marlin 2.0 after moving a PC over to the printer. I have it up and working now through a usb/laptop arduino compile and upload through usb.

Can I take the hex file that was created by Arduino after compiling and just keep that in case I need to update back to this version, I found 2 hex files and I am not sure which one is the correct one to save?

marlin.ino.hex or marlin.ino.with_bootloader

The bootloader is already on the flash on your printer controller, so you need the Marlin.ino.hex (without the bootloader).
