Combining PI Sense Hat & Ender 3 Data to Modbus

I am looking to see if anyone else has successfully added the ability to integrate Raspberry Pi Sense Hat sensor data and Ender 3 v2 data (ie Temperture, fan speed, bed temperature, etc) and have all this data available through modbus.

I currently have a Raspberry PI with Sense Hat running on raspbian and I have all the sensor data available through modbus. It works great, but I would like to now add the Ender 3 V2 data also. I am thinking it would be better to go through Octoprint to do this.

But I am up to any suggestions.

not sure if enclosure plugin supports modbus or not, but that would be the first thing I would check out to get all that data in OctoPrint's side.
