I've got an acquaintance who's now working for one of those scooter-for-rent companies and it looks like he needs some parts manufactured. Initially, it will probably be some back-and-forth to get things dialed in and then perhaps as many as 20K parts but he didn't indicate over what time period.
Looks to be about all less than 8" long and look like something you'd bolt to the vertical bar in all cases. There are perhaps eight different parts. They all appear to be injected (black) plastic from what I'm seeing from the photos. Half of them have brass inserts to accept bolts.
I'll be meeting with him at their site tomorrow. If anyone has capabilities in ABS or Nylon in a shop that can do some high-capacity, let me know.
