we all do these sort of things, it a real learning curve at times
I have had my printer a year and still learning things about different materials etc and things I can do with octoprint, Cura etc
Even I've connected printer and Rpi with usb to usb cable,I'm still getting same kind of errors.
I used usb 2.0 output. I've also checked dmesg again.

Why is it still denying access?
I've also tried ''ttyUSB'' or ''ttyAMA0'' things.
Pretty much that dmesg output means that Raspbian and the Pi can't see your plugged-in printer as a device. Assuming that the printer is plugged in and you've got a data type of serial cable then I'm not sure what to tell you. If Raspbian can't see it, OctoPrint can't talk to it.
As I understand from the forums, this problem became nightmare of the users. I haven't seen anybody that faces problem like me and managed to solve it.
It helps to indicate "Ultimaker 3 Extended" when searching the Internet, btw. This forum area seems to include a number of people who have theirs working both from the Cura plugin to OctoPrint and from OctoPrint itself. You might ask them there.
tty1 is a tty on your pi itself, not a printer. It should show up as either ttyUSB0 or ttyACM0. If it doesn't because the underlying operating system doesn't even recognize the printer as a serial device (which your dmesg output looks like) then there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. I strongly suggest following the suggestion of @outsourcedguru and seek help from people who actually own the printer and have gotten it to work with OctoPrint. I'm not one of them and apparently no one here is either. I'm not even sure if the UM3 by default even does support a regular serial connection or if you might need to have to modify it somehow, I remember it having its own thing.
And please do not open bug reports on the tracker for what is obviously a clear support request.
I've found the problem. Ultimaker 3 series does not work with OctoPrint because of disabling USB slave relation.
