When you upload or drag/drop a gcode file that has the same name as one already on the system you are offered a choice of renaming it or replacing the original. (see screenshot)
I feel that it would be helpful to show the size and date/time of both files to avoid mistakes. Mentioning the time since the previous file was uploaded could also help to decide if it can be safely replaced.
I famously often forget to confirm in my slicer to overwrite the gcode file and upload the same file as I have just printed. 
Could this be included in future please?
