Hopefully this isn't too off the topic of Octoprint. It's intended for those who need a dryer but don't want to or can't pony up for an OEM one.
I got a free toaster oven from craigslist.
I removed the upper elements, controls and half rectified the lower elements with a IN5404 diode.
I installed a STC1000 temperature controller ($10 Amazon) on an aluminum cover where the original controls had been. When set to 60C it cycles between 57C and 62C, Total cost $10, diode was from a scrap PS. Load is 2.6 amps when heater is on.
