Just wanted to let you know that I managed to get my Gembird Gemma connected to OctoPrint. The big issue here was the bitrate, which appears to be 1000000
The rest was piece of cake.

1000000 is indeed an unusual baudrate.
Make sure you use a good cable 
Lucky guess or automated guess via software? Either way, congrats!
Discovered that when looking at a .exe-file that was included.
Anyway... For a Mac and Pi only man I was proud to have been able to get that figured out.
