Creating a plain "Get Help" new topic has a template that includes a system info bundle, etc. but if you select "Get Help - Webcams", the template does not include one. There are other "Get Help - ..." choices that suffer from the same issue.
I think it would be useful to get all the templates up to date so we have a better chance of getting what we need (or at least provide an up to date template for the user to delete 
).
