Gravitrax printed parts selling

i 3d print alot of gravitrax compitable parts and i am looking if i can sell the parts that i print, is that legal or not?

this is a question about everything of 3d printing and selling

AFAIK, Gravitrax is copyright by Ravensburger.
You may can give it away, but I think you can sell it.

Its all about copyright. If its your invention, you might sell it. Depending on the software you use to create it (see F360).

Remember the thing with LEG0?

i gotit from thingiverse its not an official product from gravitrax and its named gravitrax compatible

First of all, if you didn't design it yourself, it all depends on what the designer of the part allows. There's a license attached to it, should be linked on Thingiverse, look at that. And if there's no license - nope, you are not allowed. But with something that is under copyright I'd not risk it, if the author of the parts doesn't come after you, it will be Ravensburger. Just. Don't.

"Gravitr*x compatible" won't help you here.

okay. but i got an thing called marktplaats in my country its a place where you sell 2nd hand stuff and other things could it be that it is not that strict in that place?

a license is a license, doesn't matter where the actual printed part is sold at.
