Have to reinstall after poweroff

For some reason I have to reinstall Octolapse after every power off. Any ideas? Using PI 4b, camera is a arducam motorized lens adjustable focus. Im also not able to modify the config.txt file says its not modifyable.

If you aren't using the shutdown system button before you power it off, you are damaging the file system on the SD card and that is causing the issue.
