In the G code viewer, I'd like to see how long the last layer took to print.

If you mean the previous layer - click on the previous layer button and it should at least show you the estimated time - not sure if it keeps a record of the real times.

and if you mean the last layer of the print - there is a scroll bar right of the preview window. Click and hold on the ball and drag it to the top.
