I’m setting up Octoprint for multiple classroom printers, to be used by many different students. What is a good practice for hiding the API key from students? Should I create a generic student user account and will it allow me to keep that info hidden from students?
Pretty sure if you create a non-admin account they won't be able to see that information unless you give the account/group permissions to do so. That way they can't get into settings either.
