How to use Octoprints notification (e.g. update notifications) to have it retained until confirmation

Hi,

I using pnotify notification to inform the user. Actually I ask me how to use similar notification like Octoprint using itself. I like to have popups until the user confirm it. The pnotify notification comes up only if the user is logged in if it is triggered.

@foosel Perhaps you know if there is public API that is not still documented or if the actual one could be opened for public access.

Can take a look here but would be helpful perhaps for others to have a general availability.

Sorry, but there's no public API for anything like that and also no plans to change that.

There's no single notification manager or something like that, all plugins and some core components take care of that stuff individually, depending on what kind of workflow is implemented.
