I've been setting up a new printer that I purchased recently. I'm using a Raspberry Pi 3B to run Octoprint my Neptune 3 Pro. I've installed Octoprint and several Plugins successfully, but I haven't been able to install anything new as of a few days ago. The application seems to freeze at the "Installing Plugin..." window each time I attempt to install a new one.
I have also tried installing directly through the command line and received the following error: ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 255: python setup.py egg_info Check the logs for full command output.
I found another post explaining the same problem, and their issue was Undervoltage. How do I know if that's my issue or if I have another problem?
