@danielkrah had a good idea:
a good plugin idea -> push a button -> automatic paste the log on pastebin -> and then you could paste the link in the forum
I use an Android app that creates an email for a help request with all the debug info attached; the nice thing about that is it's a lot easier to get everything you need from the user- logs, exact version numbers, listed plugins, etc.
