Long time user and loved octoprint.
Connections are now inconsistant and sneaker net works great. I have had to disconnect octoprint.
I get the "old" message concerning Ender 6 2x temp which i think i fixed years ago.
I am an engineer and programmer, but, the huge volume of "help" leaves me cold and I don't know where to start. I am old and tired of spending hours reading posts.
Is there a way to start over and just have it work like the old days (5 years ago)?
If it worked five years ago and doesn't work now, then you changed something in the last five years, and we can only guess what that was.
If you open a "Get Help" topic and fill out the template with as much detail as you can then we will have a much better chance of getting you going again.

Yea . I am stubborn and extremely ignorant on the workings of the raspberry pi ... even though I have spent hundreds of hours doing classes and poking at them. My rasp3b worked great for years and probably will for many more. The 5 (in my ignorant opinion) is a better interface for wireless communication and as a printer interface. but the cam connection unsolvable (for me). I think Raspberry 5 and cam is "plug and pray" . I cannot get any cam (and I keep buying more) to work on the 5. So i think i will just go camera less a use my god given eyeballs .. works for me. And maybe check back in a couple of years and see how the rasp 6 is coming along. Kudos to Gina for her hard work .... I cannot imagine how complex her work is.
@foosel mentioned something recently in her latest OctoPrint on air video for patreons that referenced potential issue with pi 5 and CSI cameras and the OctoPi image. I believe she was going to look into more to try and figure out why that's happening.
