Lulzbot mini 1 settings for firmware updater

Hi
Just dug out my old mini 1 and it requires a firmware update, does anyone know the settings for the firmware updater. All I know about the control board for the mini was called a rambo board.

Should be avrdude and baud 115200

If there's an erase option I would use it so there's no old configuration left on the printer.
