Marlin-flasher plugin not compatible with OP 1.4.0

The octoprint-marlin-flasher plugin does not work with octoprint 1.4.0 since it requires flask 0.10 and octoprint 1.4.0 now uses a newer version.
if you have marlin flasher installed.
pls uninstall first otherwise octoprint will not start since the flasher causes a downgrade of the flask plugin.

You should consider creating an Issue on their repository so that they'll know about this. It's probably just a one-line change.
