New release candidate: 1.8.0rc2

This second RC of 1.8.0 fixes regressions observed with the first one and adds improvements of added functionality:

As a user, in these updates, I'm very curious about new functionality being added. It's not often if ever that I'm waiting on a bug fix as I've not ever run in to a bug with Octoprint in my use! You do great work! Thanks!

Is this just a Realise Candidate; Yes it says so; so the suggestion is that it could have some bugs

@ProtomakerSprint I don't think that how RC's work. At the point that no more bugs are found, then the RC becomes the release. No way to know if we have reached that point.
