Octo 4 A recognises printer but octoprint does not

What is the problem?

Hi there. I am running Octo 4 A on a Samsung phone. I am connected to my Ender 3 v3 Se with a cable. Octo 4 A recognises the printer and is connected.

However, in the octoprint web interface, octoprint cannot connect. The terminal connects to a port and baud rate, which I changed from auto, and the status changes to connecting. Then, the connection times out and the status switches to offline. I changed the connection timeout to 60 seconds but it still times out.

Any help is appreciated.

What did you already try to solve it?

Auto baud rate. Selecting the correct baud rate and serial port for my printer. The port and baud rate are correct. It connects but cannot communicate.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

Hi,

Just created this account for this very reason. I also have an Ender V3 SE and the same issue. Unable to connect, but the port is showing correctly when refreshing with the printer on/off. I have downgraded back to 1.10.3 and the problem has disappeared.
