Octolapse won't install

What is the problem?
Can't install Octolapse. I get:
"Could not parse output from pip, see plugin_pluginmanager_console.log for generated output"

What did you already try to solve it?
I'm pretty new to this but I have updated PIP but it didn't seem to make a difference. Got the same issues after.

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)

I'm currently running OctoPrint 1.3.11 running on OctoPi 0.15.1.

What I'm seeing from the log is a lot of timeouts. If you're running something like a PiHole or other DNS style of blocker, you might turn this off temporarily.

Verify first that the Raspberry has good connection to the Internet and try again. You might also try this by first connecting an Ethernet cable (perhaps your wi-fi is sporadic).
