I just received an email notification that the OctoPi 0.15 stable release is out. This is the first stable release which works with the Pi 3B+. Guy Sheffer's OctoPi github Releases page has the description.
UPDATE: Initially, there was a typo on the page linked above which prevented the download link from working. That has been corrected now, so the download links work.
