Octopi GUI looping after reinstall

I had octoprint working, and added a new PiCam version 3. In the process of moving to the new SD card, due to user error, the backup configuration was lost. I've put it back best I can from scratch, but the GUI is not working for me now. It bounces between this screen:

every second or so. I have not located any logs that might help determine why. Where should I look first? Or what might I do to resolve?

Since you installed OctoPrint yourself I can't tell you where the logs are.
But creating a systeminfo bundle should still work.

Ssh into the Pi and run /path/to/octoprint systeminfo . (adjust the path - the dot is important)

It should create the bundle zip in the current folder.
