Is it possible to integrate the online picture into the dashboard tab?

Do you mean just a static image?
You can add the url of the image as a webcam in dashboard settings, and you will be able to toggle between your webcam and the image. However you will not be able to view both the image and the webcam at the same time.
If this does not fill your need, please elaborate on the reason for needing to embed an image.

I understand now, that it is not possible to view both at the same time. That was exactly what I was looking for.
