What is the proper format to import the profile.csv and spool.csv after export?

TL;DR
I exported my list of Spools and Profiles; which creates a zip archive. I updated spool.csv with all the new spools and rezipped the file. Can we import the file with updated info? if so, what file format does it need to be in?
I am not finding anything on what we need to do to make this work.
