Octoprint heating failed error

What is the problem?

Hi guys

My Artillery Genius Pro is working fine without octoprint. All controls and bed/nozzle heating works. It prints fine. But recently Octoprint doesn't work. Octoprint is on the newest firmware while I didn't change any firmware on the printer, either TFT or the board itself. It just stopped working. Symptoms are: when I try to heat up the nozzle or the bed I get: "heating failed, system stopped! heater_id: 0 - echo:heating failed" and when I try to move the motors it says: "Printer halted. kill() called!". Then I have to restart the printer so it connects again. But then the errors come again.

What did you already try to solve it?

Updated Octoprint. Checked if the SD card is inside but no. No USB stick, no SD card.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes, nothing doing.

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

No.

This is to 100% an issue with the printer.

There is not enough power to heat the tool

Even a lit printer display doe not mean it is powered on. See Printers known to have backpowering issues

The printer works perfectly outside of Octoprint.

When the printer "doesn't work" with OctoPrint, is the printer turned on?

The RPi's USB connection supplies just enough power to light up the printer's display and the printer's controller board but nowhere near enough power to heat anything up.
