Has any one done a from scratch install of octoprint on the Nanopi M4 with a clean install of either FriendlyCore/Desktop or Armbian bionic/stretch? If it was succesful, what were the steps?

So if I use FriendlyCore bionic-4.4-arm64/Ubuntu 18.04, I'll need to be able to install:
Pyhton 2.7
Virtualenv
OctoPrint
HAProxy
FFMpeg
Mpeg-streamer
Avahi-daemon?
