What is the problem?

i need access to my octoprint ( user and password)

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)

i have configurat octoprint for my printer 3d but i don't have access to user and password to octopriny, someone can send me information about that and if is possible video tutorial.

It's likely that it's still the default credentials.

Username: pi
Password: raspberry

If during the initial setup you created a user and password, then you would need to remember the ones you issued.

@OutsourcedGuru - That is the default user and password for the raspberry pi. There is no default for OctoPrint. It is what ever you set it to when you first access it.
