Octoprint Starts on layer zero

In my Octoprint the dashboard always starts on layer zero while the GCode utilities (gcode viewer etc) start at layer 1. Am I missing something, are my settings wrong somewhere or is this an issue with the utilties?

In the other thread it was asked to run in safe mode. Did you do that meanwhile?
