Anyone know anything about these and how compatible they are? One of our suppliers has suggested them as an alternative.
By compatible, do you mean just with OctoPrint? Once you can get the recommended Linux flavour on any SBC, you can install OctoPrint - I'd recommend octoprint_deploy method. It won't run OctoPi since it's not a Raspberry Pi, if that's what you're asking. It looks powerful enough to run OctoPrint.

Well given I still have 2 unused 4GB 4Bs in a drawer here I don't think I'll take up the offer of some of these.
