after changing the index.jinja2 template I'm unable to locate the template for the login screen.
Where can I find it?

Usually when I'm searching for something like this, I'll go to the repository and then search.
I then rule out the ones which are just using the login state, leaving behind those that are likely involved. Check the first two in that list.
