Managed to finish design and printing just for the pi day.
Was running OctoPi for a while, wanted to get a nice screen, so the goal was set to find cheapest simplest setup with at least 5" screen with capacitive touch and enclose everything in PLA and mount on my Ender 5 Plus. Done!
No need for multiple cables between screen and RPI. The screen uses DSI for everything, touch, power and video, completely plug and play, just need to tweak resolution and orientation if you want to have better picture.
