Plug in automaticly getting disabled

tradfri plug getting auto disabled on restart.

The log says

2022-01-31 19:16:56,962 - octoprint.plugin.core - WARNING - Plugin Ikea-tradfri Plugin (1.0.0) is not compatible to Python 3.9.2 (compatibility string: >=2.7,<3).

which is pretty weird because it says Python: >=3,<4 in the repo Ikea Tradfri.

You should report that error on the plugins git page
