Print Progress Plugin and Web Interface percentages out of sync with Virtual Printer

When doing some development I am seeing strange results with the percentage complete and a plugin that utilizes print progress mixin. Not sure if anyone has seen this before, but was wondering if you have and know if this is just the case with the Virtual printer or not, as it could potentially be a problem on a plugin I'm working on.

For example the print I'm testing now is showing up like this in the UI...

While the actual progress percentage from the mixin side is showing 52%.

I've personally never see a percentage larger than 100% like this. I use the virtual printer a lot but I can't say that I watch the progress religiously.
