Not sure why you are doing that in a shell. To be honest I'm not really here to debug your personal setup.

At this point I think I'm going to get this thread closed as it's kind of turned into a general support thread.

From here I'd suggest opening a new thread for your personal setup and maybe someone can help you.

no effect - totally same results...

Since this thread turned into a general support thread I'll close it - if you guys want you can create a new general thread and discuss your issues there with other users.

Of course, you can also create a post with a plugin-specific problem.
