Show div to ask a question to the user

Hello,

I would like to show a div from the plugin to ask questions to the user with a form.
The content of the div could be in a jinja2 file.

I just found the Action Command prompt : http://docs.octoprint.org/en/master/bundledplugins/action_command_prompt.html?highlight=dialog
