The plugin manager contains a scrollable list of plugins, in a scrollable viewport. Below the scrollable list in that scrollable viewport is the button "Get more..."
Because of the view-in-view, getting to this button is confusing. In the use case I want to get a plugin, I have to scroll past all the ones I already have installed, then that list scrolling stops, I then have to scroll again (on Chrome/MacOS) to get to the button. I've scrolled "to the bottom" only to find I was not actually at the bottom.
I would be much better if the "Get more" button was at the top of the first scrollable viewport, above the "Installed Plugins" section.
