Please report such issues, or they will never get fixed.
It worked when I tested it a long time ago, but I don't use the feature myself which sadly means that it does not get tested a lot. It may not work if you redirect http to https.
If I used Cura I probably would have reported it. I'll do some additional testing/verification and get back as my pi died yesterday and i'm still in the process of rebuilding.

I've done all steps successfully.
Additionally I've configured the Octopi to have a signed SSL certificate by LetsEncrypt. That works also fine.
