maybe someone was thinking about a plugin that would send information about printing progress to the ThingSpeak server. I have a script on ESP8266, but maybe someone who created Octoprint plugins would undertake to create it directly on Octoprint.
I had read an article about using thingspeak before and your post reminded me of it. I assume it's similar to what you are doing now.

I was just using that as a reference since you mentioned using the ESP8266. Can you provide your scripts as a reference to see how you are sending the information to ThingSpeak?
