Trying to install plugin on offline printer

Hi guys. I'm trying to install the MQTT plugin, on an offline OctoPrint instance. I downloaded the zip file and uploaded it, but it still tries to connect to the internet to do something. Is there a way to bypass this or do it locally and offline? I'm not in the position to grant it outside access at the moment. The error I'm getting:

WARNING: Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'NewConnectionError('<pip._vendor.urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x75acc490>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable',)': /simple/paho-mqtt/

It probably has a dependency that needs to be installed too, listed in the setup.py file. Pip will try and install these too, and if it can't connect to PyPi it can't do this.

Thanks, Charlie. I changed the WPA file, connected it to my hotspot and installed the plugin.
