What happened to the config request template settings for mjpg-streamer?

I had set powerline_frequency_request_template to {camera_address}?action=command&dest=0&plugin=0&id=9963800&group=1&value=1 because sending the actual frequency as the value didn't work (no idea why, I'm using the ancient mjpg-streamer version that's available on Gentoo (0_pre20120621-r2)).

After updating to v0.4.0 I can't find any of the request mjpg-streamer request templates anymore.

OK, after having tested it looks like it's working without any manual override. No idea if something related to it changed in OctoLapse or not, but since it's working I guess my original question doesn't matter anymore.
