I cant view octopi on computer and cell at same time
tried to view the camera url /webcam/?action=stream to no avail it get webpage not found
i want to stream my webcam on my computer but also be able to check the camera on my cell phone if i leave the house and leave the webcam streaming on the computer. hope this makes sense. thanks for your help

Yeah you should know what you're doing.
A completely safe way would be a streaming with a plugin like OctoPrint-WebcamStreamer or OctoPrint-RTMPStreamer to twitch or youtube.
I want to stream to twitch but still be able to check it on my cell
I mean you can check the twitch stream with your cell?
Or do you mean you want to be able to control the printer with your cell phone?
I personally use a vpn to connect to my home network and the OctoRemote app to control and monitor my printer.
If you want to do the same you should do some research on how to install and use your own vpn server. Some routers also got a built in vpn server which makes it easier for beginners.
