Login hasn't worked since the update 1.11.0
I no longer have access to the "shutdown" and "restart" commands.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

could you try it in an incognito tab? just to rule out any cache related issues
This login window doesn't look normal to me, what is that from, some kind of security/scree scraping blocker? incognito mode would also rule out some weird browser extension.
I just tested it in "IN PRIVATE" mode in different web browsers.
The problem remains the same.
open your browser's developer tools (F12 key on most browser) and look at the console and network tabs and see if you see related errors.

We can control the printer, but we can't control OCTOPRINT.

For me it's ok now.
I deleted the langage pack, restart, upload again the langage pack and restart.
it works whether you select "Français [FR, French]" or "détection automatique depuis le navigateur"

One of your plugins is causing a break in the binding of the navbar. Try disabling emergency stop and wifi status plugins and see if that fixes the issue.

I've tested different language packs.
OctoPrint-i18n-fr_20210809232500 -> doesn't work
OctoPrint-i18n-fr_20200619072140 -> WORKS
OctoPrint-i18n-fr_FR_20240204025505 -> doesn't work

Ah, I don't have experience with those and I think they are community provided. @foosel may have some insight as to why certain versions may not work properly.
