Login hasn't worked since the update 1.11.0
I no longer have access to the "shutdown" and "restart" commands.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

could you try it in an incognito tab? just to rule out any cache related issues
This login window doesn't look normal to me, what is that from, some kind of security/scree scraping blocker? incognito mode would also rule out some weird browser extension.
I just tested it in "IN PRIVATE" mode in different web browsers.
The problem remains the same.
open your browser's developer tools (F12 key on most browser) and look at the console and network tabs and see if you see related errors.
