Is there a way to set up a access control user where they can only view the webcam and not change any other settings? I don't know if there was a plugin of some kind to do this, because you can only have a active user and admin user.
Sure. Just add a new user
Settings -> Access Control -> Add User
Click the Additional permissions tab and select the permissions.
